Study on the Preparation and Corrosion Resistance Properties of Superhydrophobic Coatings on Galvanized Steel

چکیده

The method of atmospheric corrosion protection metals has always been a research hot spot at home and abroad. In this paper, superhydrophobic coating is prepared on the surface galvanized steel by chemical etching using 1H,1H,2H,2H-perfluorodecyltriethoxysilane (PFDTES), graphene oxide (GO), anhydrous ethanol water-based varnish as main raw materials. constitution resistance are studied electrochemical testing, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) atomic force (AFM). Meanwhile, COMSOL software used for simulation experiment. results show that composed micro–nano sized papillary bulges, which play an important role in improvement metal resistance. effectively improves alternating current impedance electrode reduces rate substrate. addition, calculated consist experimental results.
